The invention relates to installations for production of fresh water from atmospheric air in dry regions for use as drinking water or for land watering, including automatic watering. The technical result is achieved in an installation comprising a capacity for collection and/or water distribution positioned in ground at a depth where soil temperature is maintained below dew point during 24 hours or any part of it and connected to the ground surface by a pipe-condenser for air supply, inside a pipe another pipe is arranged with a gap for air exhaust. Water is condensed in the pipe-condenser, air intake is provided through a wind fan arranged on the upper end of the exhaust pipe proceeding directly or through an after heater of intake air providing an additional heating of intake air.
