PURPOSE: Fabric with an elastic core and a hat using the same are provided to extend the life time of clothes or a hat without deformation. CONSTITUTION: Fabric with an elastic core comprises a fabric material(10) which has fixed width and length and is coated with an adhesive(30) on inner side, and an elastic core(20) which is settled on the surface which is coated with an adhesive. The fabric material and elastic core are folded and thermally fused. The elastic core is formed in a wire or band form. |
