The present invention provides a flow rate controller for a ringer's solution which linearly controls the flow rate and the degree of precision by the section per flow rate. The flow rate controller for a ringer's solution by an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a body forming a partition wall in between an inlet and an outlet of fluid; and a control member which is combined to the body, moves back and forth between the inlet and the outlet around the partition wall for linearly controlling the size of a passage connecting the inlet and the outlet.
