The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a pad for keeping objects which enhances manufacturability by easily and simply manufactures the pad which minimizes chances for the objects to be slipped by forming protrusions on the inner surface of the pad and enlarges friction area with the objects and makes non-slippable by drastically enhancing not only frictional coefficient of rubber materials but friction contacting area for surface area with the objects by the protrusions and, in which coins, wallets, glasses, or cell phones can be placed on a dash board of a vehicle and a pad for keeping objects. For the above characteristics, the present invention comprises: a first process (S1) which fills liquid resin solution into a mold which is molded in a shape to be desirably molded; a second process (S2) which solidifies the resin solution filled inside the mold after heating the same at 120-300°C for 10-30 seconds; a third process (S3) which places the resin solution into cool water after solidifying the resin solution and molds the pad by separating the solidified resin from the mold; and (S4) a fourth process which forms an anti-slip layer on a rear surface of the molded pad. In addition, the pad for keeping objects comprises: a pad body (10) in which an accommodating unit (11) is formed in the inner upper end; protrusions (20) which enlarges friction area with the objects accommodated in the accommodating unit by being protruded inside the accommodating unit (11) of the pad body (10); a label accommodating unit (30) which is dented in the upper end of the pad body (10); and a label (40) which is accommodated in the label accommodating unit (30) and expresses company logo and the likes.
