This disclosure provides methods for formulating compositions comprising one ormore peptide proteasome inhibitors and a cyclodextrin, particularly a substitutedcyclodextrin. Such methods substantially increase the solubility and stability of these proteasome inhibitors and facilitate both their manufacture and administration.
