The invention relates to a process and installation for neutralizing the foam in natural gases during the gas production. According to the invention, by using the available natural gas potential energy, the process carries out lubrication and spraying of the foam killer, increases the gas flow speed and creates a vortex flow of the gas flow in the installation, by using an ejector (E) which carries out a deep intimate contact between the foam killer and the foam-contaminated gas flow, which results in neutralizing the foam, defoaming. In order to carry out the process, the installation claimed by the invention comprises a lubricator (L) wherein the foam killer is introduced and which maintains a constant temperature thereof by means of the gas for controlling an ejector (E), mounted inside the technological installation pipe, dosed through some three-way valves (R1), which through one way allow the connection to a total collector (2) and through the other way to a calibration collector (3), through each of the two ways the gases being directed to the ejector (E) wherein the foam is neutralized to result a liquid phase that is retained in a cyclone separator (SLC), and the gases wherefrom liquid, solid impurities have been removed at the separator level present a total measurement (MT) and a calibration measurement (ME) depending on the technological line and are directed towards the following installations, the liquids collected inside the separators being discharged into calibrating sludge boxes (HE) and/or a storage sludge box (H).
|
