<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of insufficient charge, which occurs when a through hole formed at a solar battery is filled with conductive material. <P>SOLUTION: In a production process of the solar battery, a supporting body 4 is used when the through hole 8 is filled with the conductive material 5a, so the occurrence of insufficient charge can be restricted, and the production process of the solar battery with improved reliability can be offered.
