<p>A conductive tape is provided to prevent an insulating film from being stretched or cracks from being generated in a process of forming an incision region for perpendicular conductivity on the insulating film. A conductive tape comprises the following units. A plurality of incision regions(111) are formed at some distance of each other on an insulating film. A conductive layers(120) are placed on an upper face and lower face of the insulating film and the incision regions. The insulating film includes a plastic region(112) formed by an end of the incision regions curved. A method for preparing the conductive tape consists of the following steps of: forming incision regions on the insulating film; heat-compressing the insulating film; and treating the upper face and lower face of the insulating film with corona discharge.</p> |
