<p>Provided is a method for detecting human papilloma virus(HPV), which can rapidly and reliably detect both existence of HPV and about 20 kinds of HPV genotypes at a time using multiplex realtime PCR(polymerase chain reaction). A method for detecting human papilloma virus(HPV) comprises the following steps of: performing a realtime PCR using a detection set including at least one probe for detecting HPV; and verifying a result of the realtime PCR and determining existence of the HPV and a HPV genotype. An end part of probe 5' is marked by a fluorescent marker selected from the group consisting of FAM, VIC, TET, JOE, HEX, CY3, CY5, ROX, RED610, TEXAS RED, RED670 and NED.</p> |
