The invention relates to a phytotherapeutic product with hemostatic, anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant effect and to a process for obtaining the same. According to the invention, the product comprises 2.612...3.192% flavones expressed as rutin and 4.696...5.740% polyphenolcarboxylic acids expressed as chlorogenic acid, is a soft brown coloured extract with bitter taste and aromatic odour. As claimed by the invention, the process consists in associating two selective fractions resulting after processing the hydroacetonic and aqueous extractive alkalized solutions from the aerial parts of the Lamium album variety and two selective fractions resulting after processing the hydromethanolic and aqueous extractive alkalized solutions from the aerial parts of the Lamium purpureum variety.
