PURPOSE: An Agrobacterium tumefaciens mixture which reproduces cucumber mosaic virus infection in a plant is provided to introduce genes into the plant and to develop novel functional species. CONSTITUTION: An Agrobacterium tumefaciens mixture contains three kinds of Agrobacterium tumefaciens transformed by sequence numbers 1-3, which reproduce cucumber mosaic virus(CMV) infection. The plant is Nicotiana benthamiana. The Agrobacterium tumefaciens of deposit number KACC95081P, KACC95082P, and KACC95083P contains pCkpaR1(sequence number 1), pCkpaR2(sequence number 2), and pCkpaR3(sequence number 3) genes. |
