The present invention relates to a road safety fence with a buffering function which comprises: multiple pillars in which at least two hollow bodies vertically interconnect and with which the top grooves opened toward the outside of the top parts of the bodies and of the parts connecting the bodies are integrated; a connection rod that is disposed in the groove and which connects the pillars; and a buffering member filled in the hollow of the bodies. The road safety fence with a buffering function of the present invention provides functions for preventing the complete breaking-away of a vehicle by having high strength and for securing the safety of the vehicle or a driver by being equipped with a buffering member such as a shock absorber or a multi-layer fiber sheet in the hollow bodies for efficiently absorbing impact, and has the merits of reducing the production and maintenance costs significantly, since the road safety fence has simple structure and configurations and is easy to fix when damaged. |
