Disclosed is a method for collecting and relocating bicycles by using a manager terminal, and the method includes the following steps of: collecting public bicycles by using the manager terminal; and relocating the collected public bicycles by using the manager terminal. The collecting step includes the steps of: activating a bicycle stand on which public bicycles are mounted in a locked state; activating a public bicycle collecting application which is installed in the bicycle stand and the communicable manager terminal; obtaining stand identification information by recognizing a stand NFC module which is installed in the bicycle stand through a terminal NFC module which is installed in the manager terminal, generating public bicycle return approval request information through the application, and transmitting to a remote management center; confirming the public bicycle return approval request information in the management center and then transmitting public bicycle return approval information to the manager terminal; delivering the return approval information, which is received from the management center, from the manager terminal to the bicycle stand; and separating the public bicycles from the bicycle stand by unlocking the bicycle locking unit of the bicycle stand based on the return approval information which is delivered from the manager terminal. |
