PROTECTIVE CIRCUIT MODULE AND BATTERY PACK HAVING THE SAME

One embodiment of the present invention relates to a protective circuit module and a battery pack having the same. The technical task to be solved is to minimize an effect due to external electromagnetic waves and static electricity. For this, one embodiment of the present invention discloses the protective circuit module including a PCB; an electronic device mounted on the first surface of the PCB; and a pattern part formed on the second surface facing the first surface of the PCB. The electronic device includes an IC chip; and at least one electronic component electrically connected to the IC chip. At least one electronic component among the electronic components is electrically connected to the pattern part.
