A vehicle image transmission system and an operation method thereof are provided to solve the convenience of installing a cable and noise problem by displaying an image photographed by a rear camera through the Zigbee communication. A vehicle system(30) comprises a system Zigbee sensor(31) which functions as the Zigbee coordinator node. A monitor module(35) comprises a monitor Zigbee sensor(37) which is one of lower-level tree nodes of the system Zigbee sensor, and receives an image transmitted through the system Zigbee sensor to display it through a monitor. A rear camera module(32) comprises a camera Zigbee sensor(34) which is one of lower-level tree nodes of the system Zigbee sensor, and transmits an image photographed through the rear camera(33) to the monitor Zigbee sensor via the system Zigbee sensor.
