The objective of the present invention is to provide a personal electric generator using speed bumps, wherein energy can be generated without using any additional power sources by using energy sources inadvertently wasted in daily life and pollutants are not generated for the power generation. To this end, a personal electric generator using speed bumps according to the present invention comprises: a foot plate part, which is mounted on a speed bump on a road, for generating vertical vibration by using a steel plate spring; a link part for transmitting power generated from the foot plate part to a power generation part; and the power generation part, which receives the power from a link part, for generating electricity, wherein the electricity can be generated using inadvertently wasted shock of the speed bumps as a power source instead of using any additional power source. |
