PURPOSE: A patterned biochip of hydrophilicity/hydrophobitiy and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to enable mass spectrometry of target proteins with high reliability and to be used in SPR imaging analysis. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a patterned biochip of hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity comprises: a step of forming a metal grid pattern on a substrate; a step of forming a self-assembled monolayer containing thiol on the metal surface; and a step of attaching hydrophobic molecules on the substrate. The metal is Ni, Cu, Zn, Au, or alloy thereof. The self-assembled monolayer is formed by adding thiol-mixed polyethylene glycol(PEG). The thiolp-mixed PEG carboxyl-terminated hexa (ethylene glycol) undecane thiol, hydroxyl group-terminated tri(ethylene glycol)undecane thiol, or a mixture thereof. The hydrophobic molecule is perfluoroalkyl silane. |
