The present invention relates to a continuous casting machine load testing apparatus and, specifically, to a testing apparatus for confirming whether a problem was generated in a width variable apparatus of a continuous casting machine mold or not. According to the present invention, the continuous casting machine load testing apparatus for testing a load of a mold of a continuous casting machine comprising: a pusher which is positioned on both sides of the mold load testing apparatus, for being moved depend on a variable of a width of the mold; more than one air cylinder for maintaining constant pressure by injecting air from an outside in order to move the pusher; more than one valve for being opened and closed in order to control the amount of air inside the air cylinder; and more than one pressure controlling unit for maintaining pressure inside the air cylinder. According to the present invention, repair quality is improved since a fault by pressure is discovered at the early stage by testing whether a width variable apparatus of a mold is normally operated in a condition over certain pressure or not by setting a pressure condition weighted to the width variable apparatus of a mold used in casting a slab. |
