The present invention relates to a fan filter unit comprising a fan housing, a blower fan installed inside the fan housing, and a filter installed at the fan housing to filter floating particles in air. An air guide is installed between the blower fan and the filter. Accordingly, a plurality of air guides is installed between the blower fan and the filter and an air current generated inside the fan filter unit is stabilized so that air current uniformity of discharge air passing through the filter can be improved.
