Recently, the dehydration of wet organic waste (concentrated sludge, food waste etc.) has become an important matter affecting the survival of the industry. Mechanical pressuring methods or methods by centrifugal force are not called as dehydrated water, instead, it is called as supernatant because the SS-amount is high enough to be called as the same. Especially, in case of food waste, the supernatant is in state of being anaerobic, and the pollutants in the supernatant are in states of a solid matter, ion, and being melted, which makes the food waste highly concentrated vicious waste liquid. The highly concentrated vicious waste liquid has been disposed by throwing into seawater however, it is no longer impossible to prevent seawater pollution. These all backgrounds have become a survival issue in the industry as well as a social issue. Hence, the purpose of the present invention is not to throw the waste into seawater by making the pollutants into solid matters through property transformations from melted ion states through reactions including an ion-exchange between oxygen group such as O2, O3, OH and energy such as long wave, short wave, and acoustic wave; increasing the value of the waste being recovered thereby; and reducing the level of the treatment for dehydrated water.
