A ship bottom protective device is provided to minimize the working time by lifting up the mesh net with a winch and wrapping the bottom of ship with the mesh net. A ship bottom protective device comprises a fixing bar(50) which is installed at inner wall, a mesh net(40) which covers the lower part of the ship so that one side is fixed to fixture and the fouling be generated in the lower part of the ship, a float(20) which is connected by the mesh network and line(15) and catches the other side of the mesh net, a winch(10) which pulls the mesh network connected to the float, and a weight(30) which is adhered to the mesh net and fixes the mesh net no to move in underwater.
