A portable terminal, a moving picture storing method therefor and a moving picture reproducing method therefor are provided to enable a user to view a realistic moving picture by controlling the intensity of an oscillation sound according to the number of suddenly changed scenes of the moving picture. The moving picture of a subject is inputted(S601). The sudden change amount of scenes between the current frame and previous frame of the inputted moving picture is estimated(S602). Vibration data which has the intensity corresponding to the sudden change amount is generated(S603), and then is stored(S604). The sudden change amount of scenes is estimated by a motion vector. The oscillation sound corresponding to the generated vibration data is outputted. The vibration data is stored as a file independent of the moving picture.
