A DETERMINANT METHOD OF ORIGINATING CALL IN FMS SERVICE

A method for determining an outgoing call of an FMS service is provided to prevent the illegal use of an access point, thereby accurately performing the charging for the outgoing call. An FMS(Fixed Mobile Substitute) server transmits FMS subscription information to a portable terminal. The portable terminal for receiving the FMS service is registered in an access point(S10). The latitude/longitude information of a cell ID by the first originating call of the registered portable terminal is registered in the FMS server(S20). Based on the latitude/longitude information of a registered cell ID, the FMS server determines whether the originating call of the portable terminal is an originating call which can receive the FMS service(S30).
