WHITE ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY

摘要

A white organic light emitting diode is provided to reduce manufacturing cost by emitting blue light without a blue filter when a color display device is made by using the white organic light emitting diode. A white organic light emitting diode(100) is formed. A pair of independent electrodes are located with being vertically apart and are the same polarity. One common electrode(C(T)) is arranged between a pair of independent electrodes and has the different polarity with the independent electrode. A fluorescence light-emitting layer(B) is arranged between a lower independent electrode(A(T)) and the common electrode. A phosphorescence light-emitting layer(R,G) is arranged between an upper independent electrode(A(M)) and the common electrode.
