System for monitoring and registering the twelve-lead ECG with a pc, which comprises: A lead selector (1) formed by four multiplexers (6, 7, 8, 9) connected to the electrodes of the patient (5). A lead amplifier and filter (2) formed by: a patient insulation step (11); an instrumentation amplifier (12); a band-pass filter (13); a non-inverter amplifier (14) followed by a high-pass filter (15) and a Notch filter of 60 Hz (16), a low-pass filter of fourth order (17) and a non-inverter amplifier with an adjustable DC level (18). Four different communication means in the computer (4): the audio input (26) using a modulator in PQRST amplitude (19, 23) with sinusoidal carrier signal (20) using a differential amplifier (21) and mixer (22); a USB port (25) with ten bits of resolution; a parallel port (28); and a Zigbee module of bidirectional digital transmission (27). A CPU (24) for controlling the lead selector (1), the digital communication means (25, 27, 28) and the device interface. A co nverter of AC/DC from 13 v to 24 v (10); or two batteries of 9 v.
