FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to herniaplasty. Method includes front operational access, dissection of aponeurosis of external oblique muscle of the abdomen, separation of inguinal ligament, spermatic cord, separation and processing of hernial sac. Medial flap of aponeurosis of external oblique muscle of the abdomen is separated from underlying internal oblique muscle of the abdomen upwards and transverse fascia is sutured. Lateral flap is fixed under spermatic cord to lower edges of internal oblique, transverse muscles and their connecting tendon. Spermatic cord is moved up, and medial flap is fixed above cord to front surface of lateral flap. Between transverse fascia and lateral flap of aponeurosis placed is net-sample of Herta 1,2 with cut for spermatic cord, overlapping inguinal space and projecting beyond it upwards, both laterally and medially. Lateral flap is fixed under cord to lower edges of internal oblique, transverse muscles and their connecting tendon with application of sutures through prosthesis.EFFECT: method excludes contact of prosthesis with spermatic cord and scar formation.2 cl, 1 ex, 4 dwg |
