摘要 The technical purser of the present invention is to provide a flow rate measuring device capable of reducing weight and size and accurately measuring a volume flow rate of a movement region of a variable valve not in a movement region of a fixed orifice. For the same, the flow rate measuring device of the present invention is a flow rate measuring device of a device including a variable valve varying a flow rate and pressure of a working fluid and includes a memory which stores the measured inherent flow rate coefficient according to the opened extent of the variable valve; a differential pressure sensor which measures a pressure difference of the front and rear end portions of the variable valve; a temperature sensor which measures the temperature of the working fluid; and a calculation unit which calculates a volume flow rate by using the pressure difference of the front and rear end portions, the inherent flow rate coefficient, and the specific gravity of the working fluid according to the temperature.
