A peptide nucleic acid of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus and uses thereof are provided. The sequence of the peptide nucleic acid is any one selected from the following sequences: a)sequence 1: 5'-AAUAUGAGAGCUGUUGUUGUU-3'; b) sequence 2: 5'-UUAAGUUAUAAAUCAACUGAA-3'; c) sequence 3: 5'-AAUGGAAAACGCCAAAAGCAC-3'; d) sequence 4: 5'-UCAGAAAGAUCAAAAGGUGCA-3'. Without any toxic side effect and drug resistance, the peptide nucleic acid of the present application can specifically and directly inhibit PRRSV replication, and has good antiviral effect and no food safety problems such as drug residues, |
