This diagnostic imaging device is provided with: a correction table in which the top plate extension amount and the top plate deflection amount corresponding to said extension amount are associated, or the distance from the top plate support point to the imaging position on the subject and the top plate height at the imaging position are associated; a top plate height calculation unit which, from images obtained by continuously imaging the subject, calculates the height of the top plate corresponding to the distance from the top plate support point to the imaging position; an imaging position estimation unit which, on the basis of the top plate height calculated in the top plate height calculation unit, the distance corresponding to the said height from the top plate support point to the imaging position, and the correction table, estimates the imaging position of the images captured by an imaging method other than that used in the aforementioned images; and an image correction unit which aligns the imaging positions of the images captured by the other imaging method with the imaging positions of the images obtained by continuous imaging. |
