<p>The present invention an LED lamp functioning as a brightness regulator and a negative ion generator to regulate the brightness of a lamp by selectively turning on an LED element using a single switch; and to purify indoor air and remove the smoke and smell of cigarettes by operating a negative ion generator when the switch is turned on. The LED lamp functioning as a brightness regulator and a negative ion generator according to the present invention comprises a radiator for radiating heat from an LED when the LED is turned on; and a bulb for emitting the light of the LED. The LED lamp is internally mounted with a first PCB base plate on which a plurality of LED elements is regularly installed; and a second PCB base plate on which a control part for selectively controlling the LED elements, the negative ion generator, and a rectifier circuit part is installed. The LED elements are selectively turned on or off by operating a switch for turning on or off the lamp.
