The present invention relates to a laminating apparatus and a roller, wherein the laminating apparatus includes: a roller including a first rolling member which is installed to pressurize laminated materials and is connected to a shaft, a second rolling member which is located outside the first rolling member and absorbs external impacts well, and a third rolling member which is located outside the second rolling member and has strength stronger than the second rolling member; and a pressurization device which is connected to the roller and pressurizes laminated materials by pressurizing the roller.
