[Problem] To provide a melt-moldable tetrafluoroethylene/perfluoro (alkyl vinyl ether) copolymer that exhibits superior durability without an excessive decline in the melt flow rate or an excessive increase of the perfluoro (alkyl vinyl ether) content, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. [Solution] A melt-moldable tetrafluoroethylene/perfluoro (alkyl vinyl ether) copolymer characterized in that, when measured by a dynamic viscoelasticity-measurement device in parallel plate mode, whilst the measurement frequency is fixed at 1Hz and the temperature is raised from -40°C to 200°C at 5°C/min, a slope (Deltatan delta/DeltaT) of a loss tangent (tan delta) is always in a range of 0.0005-0.0030. The slope (Deltatan delta/DeltaT) of the loss tangent (tan delta) is between two arbitrary points that are in the range of 50-75°C and have a temperature difference equal to or greater than 3°C. Also provided is a manufacturing method for the melt-moldable tetrafluoroethylene/perfluoro (alkyl vinyl ether) copolymer.
