Disclosed are a mobility information acquisition method and device, which belong to the field of communications. The method comprises: acquiring mobility parameters of a monitored object in a monitoring time period; and according to the mobility parameters, acquiring mobility information after the monitoring time period is ended, the mobility information comprising at least one of the following parameters: the actual value range of the mobility parameters, the utilization rate of each value contained in the mobility parameters, and the average value of the mobility parameters. The device comprises a parameter acquisition unit and an information acquisition unit. The present invention can learn the processing condition when the mobility parameters are processed.
