The electromagnetic radiation receiver is in form of a closed cuvette with a window for inputting electromagnetic radiation into the cuvette; inside the cuvette there are two electrodes and a three-dimensional photonic crystal consisting of densely packed monodispersed dielectric spheres that are transparent for the detected electromagnetic radiation, in the pores between which there are ultradispersed particles of a photosensitive semiconductor material - photoresistor.
