FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport. Metro car body comprises frame 1, head part 3, end wall 4, roof 5 and two sidewalls 2 with top and bottom belts. Wall bottom belts is composed of unequal channel with large flange arranged horizontally and smaller located downward at outer side of wall 2 inclined to frame 1. Angle of inclination makes ±3°. Roof 5 with lengthwise structural element on both sides inside the body is installed at top belt of walls 2. Roof bottom belt is composed of vertical flange, mid flange and top flange. Pimple is arranged at mid flange to accommodate roof facing sheets. Extra lengthwise structural elements are arranged along sidewalls 2 and roof 5 inside the body above door openings. Body frame 1 comprises two body bolsters with seats for pneumatic springs. Every said bolster is furnished with stiffness ribs.EFFECT: longer life, higher strength.2 cl, 10 dwg |
