A shield cable (1) is mainly configured of an electromagnetic shield pipe (3), terminals (7), an electric wire (9) and the like. The electric wire (9) is inserted in the electromagnetic shield pipe (3). The terminals (7) are connected to both end portions of the electric wire (9), which is a covered wire. In the present invention, the electric wire (9) to which the terminals (7) are connected is referred to as a shield cable. The electromagnetic shield pipe (3) is configured of an inner layer (11) that is formed of a resin, a metal layer (13) that is formed of a metal, and an outer layer (15) that is formed of a resin. The electromagnetic shield pipe (3) is configured such that the inner layer (11) forms the innermost layer and the outer layer (15) forms the outermost layer, while having the metal layer (13) interposed between the inner layer (11) and the outer layer (15).
