Disclosed is a charging device, comprising a charging circuit, an energy storage circuit and a control switch. The charging circuit is used for charging an object to be charged, the energy storage circuit is used for storing energy when the charging circuit is charging the object to be charged and for charging the object to be charged when the charging circuit is in an opened state, and the control switch is used for alternately closing and opening the charging unit according to control commands received periodically and for closing the energy storage circuit when the charging unit is opened and opening the energy storage circuit when the charging unit is closed. Further disclosed is a charging method using the charging device described above. Using the technical solution of the present invention can improve charging efficiency and in turn improve user experience. |
