A plurality of first wireless units are installed respectively in a plurality of first cells which configure a first region, and a plurality of second wireless units are installed respectively in a plurality of second cells which configure a second region separated from the first region. A first wireless controller is constantly connected to a plurality of the first wireless units corresponding to approximately half of peak traffic in the first region, and is constantly connected to a plurality of the second wireless units corresponding to approximately half of peak traffic in the second region. A second wireless controller is constantly connected to the remaining plurality of first wireless units, and is constantly connected to the remaining plurality of second wireless units. A host control device is connected to the first wireless controller and the second wireless controller. |
