FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy field and can be used at processing of metallurgical slag. Slag solid stream during the process of it outlet by gravity from metallurgical tank and falling down are separated for different streams lengthwise movement of solid stream, received separated streams are forcibly cooled, then crosswise movement of separated streams they are separated for sections or blocks, forcibly cooled and fed into transfer belt, on which separated parts or blocks are forcibly cooled and transported from the tank. For additional grinding it is used profile transfer belt. Device contains located horizontally in composite case, at least three gratings, one of which is outfitted by driver of alternate motion, driver is located to or from the tank. On composite case of device there are installed driver of gratings movement, driver of transfer belt motion, and also it is fixed roll and driver for its rotation at application of profile belt. ^ EFFECT: invention provides connection of slag tap process with its cooling and grinding, and also to implement reception, treatment and disposal of slag directly under metallurgical tank. ^ 16 cl, 10 dwg, 1 ex |
