The supporting ring (1) and the upper cover (2) are connected using the bolts (4) and lock nuts (3); the weight sensor (5) and the circuit board (6) are fixed to the base (8) using the bolts (4), and the battery (7) is installed in the battery slot of the base; the bolts (4) fasten the upper cover (2) and the base (8) together; the nut (9) and the fastening machine bolt (10) tightly fasten the removable support foot (11) to the base (8).
