The present invention provides a transparent conductive film comprising a transparent base; a hard coating layer formed on each of the both surfaces of the transparent base; and at least one transparent conductive layer formed on the hard coating layer, wherein the thicknesses of the hard coating layers are the same as each other. Furthermore, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a transparent conductive film comprising the steps of: forming a hard coating layer on each of the both surfaces of a transparent base; and forming a transparent conductive layer on the hard coating layer by a sputtering method, wherein the thicknesses of the hard coasting layers are the same as each other.
