摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a thin film for a solar cell forming a yttria buffer layer and a manufacturing method thereof. The thin film for the solar cell forming the yttria buffer layer includes a substrate; and the yttria buffer layer formed by coating, on an upper surface of the substrate, a sol formed by containing natrium in an yttria solution. The manufacturing method of the thin film for the solar cell forming the yttria buffer layer comprises steps of: forming a mixture by mixing yttrium acetate tetrahydrate, sodium hydroxide and methanol and stirring the mixture; forming a compound by inputting diethaolamine, which is a chelate agent, into the mixture and stirring the mixture; acquiring the sol by filtering the compound with a filter; and forming the yttria buffer layer by coating the sol on the upper surface of the substrate. Therefore, the present invention improves the flatness, the heat resistance and the insulation property of the thin film for the solar battery and increases the physical properties of the solar cell by forming the yttria buffer layer including the natrium when manufacturing the thin film for the solar cell which uses a flexible substrate such as a metallic substrate.</p>
