<p>The present invention relates to a human body sensing and automatic power saving type LED lighting device. In detail, it relates to a lighting device including an illumination intensity sensor and a human body sensor having a constant illumination intensity value even with an illumination intensity change in a surrounding environment while turning on and off light according to a user which needs the light by controlling the light-up, light-out, and brightness of a light source based on sensing data. The lighting device includes an LED board connected to an LED generating light, the illumination intensity sensor detecting the illumination intensity of surrounding areas, the human body sensor detecting the movement and existence of a human body, an LED driver operating the board, a network part transceiving a lighting control signal, a central processor controlling the LED driver, and a power supply device supplying power to the LED lighting device. The device collects brightness information and detects an illumination intensity value of the areas from the illumination intensity sensor when a person exists in a lighting area. The device maintains an off state and forms lighting control by using communication of the network part when the person does not exist in the area. In addition, the lighting control using the communication of the network part is one of individual lighting control, line lighting control, and group lighting control.
