Nanosized holes generated in electrospun nanofibers can supply oxygen, nutrients, growth factors etc. to the tissue. The present invention relates to an electrospun nanofiber structure of first poly(L-lactide-co-caprolactone-co-glycolide)(PLCG). PMB30W and rapamycin are contained, and mixed polymer soluble in water is added to PLCG after solvent mixing and electric spinning. The electrospun PLCG/PMB30W/rapamycin mixed fiber has a stable nanostructure without a chemical cross combination while being cultured in a buffer solution. The characteristic of the PMB30W and hydrophobic rapamycin natural material can stabilize the electrospun PLCG/PMB30W/rapamycin mixed fiber under physiological conditions. The electrospun PLCG/PMB30W/rapamycin mixed fiber might be better for artificial organs of tissue engineering. |
