An embodiment of the present invention relates to a casting alloy which includes base metal and alloying elements. Nanometer sized oxide particles contained in the base metal are decomposed to form a new band structure or network structure including metallic elements and the alloys. The metallic elements and the alloys have negative heat of mixing. Oxygen atoms in which the oxide particles are decomposed are distributed in the base metal without forming an oxide with the base metal.
