An RFID tag which is mounted on a metal surface includes: a base; a patch unit interposed in between one surface of the base and the metal surface and receiving electromagnetic wave from the outside; an antenna unit connected to the patch unit and having a slot unit from the most adjacent end unit from the metal surface with a distance; and a RFID chip mounted on a mount region of the slot unit and having a feeding circuit using the electromagnetic wave received from the antenna.
