The present invention relates to a heat plate for a direct heating type skewer roaster and, specifically, to a heat plate comprising a first plate for distributing flames generated by a heating device and a second plate for spreading a heat source passing through the first plate. As a result, flames (a heat source) inside the skewer roaster are distributed and spread, and the heat source is transferred evenly to the inside of the skewer roaster, therefore, food inside the skewer roaster can be evenly cooked well. |
