The device (1) has a set of rigid and electrically conducting terminals (2, 3, 4), and ferrite (5) that surrounds the terminal in form of circular ring. The ferrite is maintained in a body (9) that is extended to periphery of the ferrite. The ferrite acts as a high-pass filter in a normal mode. The terminal is provided as a bar made of metal material that conducts electricity. The body includes a recess (8), and the ferrite is positioned to form triangle shape in the body. An independent claim is also included for a compressor.
