FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to woodworking industry. Proposed board comprise bottom layer consisting of first amount of wood different-size particles, mid layer consisting of second amount of wood material and top layer consisting of third amount of different particle size particles. Second amount is composed by homogeneous mix of ground wood particles. Wood particles of larger size from first amount are located nearby mid layer while those of smaller size from first amount form particle board surface material. Proposed method comprises feed of first amount of wood particles coated with glue, bottom mat particles, feeding second amount including homogeneous mix of ground particles coated with glue to making mid layer above bottom layer, feeding of third amount of particles coated with glue to make top mat surface and compaction of said particles to form said wood particle board three said layers.EFFECT: ease of gluing together, better manufacturability.19 cl, 14 dwg |
