Disclosed are a security method for single use of a mobile device interoperatable device, mobile host and device unit using the method. The mobile host is a mobile device and generates one security key value which corresponds to the device when the device accesses. And, the mobile host stores the generated security key value in a memory as a security key value of the device. Also, the mobile host delivers the security key value to the device and stores in the device. And then, when the device accesses the mobile host, the mobile host requests a security key value to the device and compares a security key value stored in the memory with the security key value received from the device when the security key value is delivered from the device, and the mobile host allows the use of the device. On the other hand, the mobile host transmits and backups the security key value to an external server, and enables the eternal use of the device for the same user is possible by downloading and storing the security key value stored in the server when the mobile host is replaced or the application is reinstalled.
